What is Condition Management Program and How Does this Work?

CignaTTK will offer reward points under Condition Management Program based on certain health parameters or activities. Reward points are awarded on adherence to health check-up schedule, maintenance of health i.e. if test results are within the limits specified by us, and upon completion of health activities defined under the Program. You will also earn health score under Health Coach and Counselling Program offered by us. You will be eligible to redeem the health score in form of discount in renewal premium. This is explained as below,

CignaTTK will organise two health check-ups for insured person every year.

What is Health Coach & Counselling? How Does this Work?

Under this program, you will be assigned a Health Coach, who will schedule timely calls to track your health, and guide you on nutrition, exercise, health check-ups, medication and other lifestyle patterns. You can resolve all your queries with your Health Coach during these calls or via e-mail/SMS/Chat. You will receive individualised health goals based on your current health assessment and existing complications if any, to reach your health goals. The Health Coach will also record your ongoing medication, advise you on the importance of compliance, and share a personalised meal and lifestyle plan with you, designed after taking a detailed note as per your dietary habits, work routine and preferences. You will also receive health tips, reminders and newsletters on a regular basis, and can seek guidance on making healthy choices.
